| Wearing: Free People dress, Steve Madden espadrilles, and Morris Moskowitz bag . Have you guys noticed how I tend to make a monochromatic palette and then add a pop of pink with my bag? I didn't even realize this until the night before I wore this outfit I dressed up in all black and added another pink bag. What is with me!? Well, when I first bought the dress I wasn't convinced because I wanted a colorful one. As time progressed though I really fell in love with its simplicity and cute lace detailing. So I assumed okay grey dress, brightly colored shoes. But of course, no. I went from store to store but found nothing until I came across these espadrilles. At first I wasn't convinced because I didn't want grey with grey but then I looked at it all in the mirror and loved it. Click on the pictures to get the look!    |
The first line ("And when I see you I really see you upside down but my brain knows better it picks you up and turns you around"), I take as he is dyslexic and sees things differently, including the world. But I'm not so sure that's the right interpretation. Its a really sad and sweet song. You can tell how much he loves whoever this is for.
